All crochet and knit pieces are final sale. Each item is handcrafted as a one-of-one with accurate sizing listed in the description. Please do not size down—each piece is made to fit intentionally. Sizing up is fine for items with drawstrings, as they can be adjusted for a proper, oversized fit.

Embroidered Shirts:

Because these are custom-made based on the details you provide, all embroidered shirts are final sale. You may request a color change within one week of purchase. After that, the order is locked in and cannot be modified or refunded.

Home Decor

All home decor items are final sale. Each piece is made uniquely and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items?

All items are carefully inspected before leaving our studio to ensure they meet our quality standards. We take great care to package your crochet and embroidered pieces securely. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of the delivery date. To help us assess the damage, take clear, close-up photos showing the issue. Please note that items that have been cut, torn, or altered after delivery are not eligible for a refund or repair. If the damage is verified, you will need to ship the item back to our business address. Once we receive it, we will repair the piece and return it to you.
